A Market Analysis showed that the home was valued far below $300,000 but we had a bidding war on this home and it sold at $8000 above list price! It was a win/win situation for both buyer and seller as each received what they hoped for. Homes on the lake sell at a premium and rarely are sold as low as $300,000. If there is a nice waterfront home that is listed in this price range- act quickly or you will lose the opportunity.
