1. After my first year as a Realtor, I was listed in the TOP 10% of Realtor’s in Arizona
2. Within 3 years I received several awards and have been listed in the TOP 1% of Realtors nationwide ever since.
3. I wrote over 30 newspaper articles concerning real estate for various publications and a guest article for the Arizona Title Association.
4. Within 5 years of being a Realtor I obtained 3 important designations- the CRS, GRI and ABR Designations. I also have the MCNE Designation (Masters Certification Negotiation Expert).
5. ABC News has contacted me for interviews on various real estate topics.
6. I have received several awards during my real estate career which I am happy to share in a presentation.
7. CRS Magazine wrote a full 2 page article about my work as a Realtor. CRS is the highest designation that a residential Realtor can earn.
8. I joined HomeSmart Luxury Collection in 2021 and was awarded being a member of the Diamond Club after my 1st year with HomeSmart. Awards are given annually.
